ID 3862485 - DAERA - AFBI - Provision of Digital Signage and a Room Booking System at AFBI Newforge

Tender description

This project will implement a digital signage solution at AFBI Newforge, primarily focused at the site's main entrance / reception area, providing up-to-date, relevant and interesting information to AFBI staff and visitors using a variety of media including video, text, animations, images and dynamic content. It will improve communication and engagement facilities at AFBI Newforge, enhancing internal staff communications and visitor information dissemination. With these enhancements, staff and visitors will have much easier access to information that is relevant to their visit and even the current location within the site. Additionally, this system will include a room booking capability allowing staff and visitors to book rooms, check what rooms are booked for meetings, or if a meeting room is vacant before entering.
