The British Council, Egypt office offers examination services both for its candidates and for boards whose examinations it delivers. There are 2 types of delivery modes that are currently being used – Pen and Paper based and Computer Delivery As such, it conducts examinations for IELTS (International English Language Testing System), School examination, School Practical Exams including Science and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Exams, ACCA and other professional exams. Post Covid, British Council’s (BC) Exam business in Egypt has seen an upward trend and it has contracted with hotels, universities and professional institutes to help deliver these Exams across various governates within Egypt. Thus, the driver for this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to expand the current venue pool to meet the current and future demand and build an agile business model which is scalable and cost effective across Egypt. Lot 1: Pen and Paper Based Exams Suppliers can bid for either of the Lots or for all the Lots according to their areas of skill, knowledge and experience. Suppliers will not be disadvantaged if they apply for one Lot only however, suppliers must clearly identify their areas of expertise in their responses within the lot s they choose to respond to. Lot 1- Pen and Paper Based Exams Lot 2- Computer Delivered Exams Lot 3- Science Practical Exams Lot 4- Managed Service Delivery MSD Lot 2: Computer Delivered Exams Suppliers can bid for either of the Lots or for all the Lots according to their areas of skill, knowledge and experience.
