The overall project consists of carrying out an electrical inspection of the electrical installation within the Council’s housing stock. Lot 1: Lot 1 City & Perthshire South The project consists of carrying out an electrical inspection of the electrical installation within the Council’s housing stock of approximately 3,015 properties to be undertaken in 2021 and no later than 31 March 2022 and approximately 250 further properties annually for a further four-year period. Lot 2: Lot 2 Letham & Perthshire North The project consists of carrying out an electrical inspection of the electrical installation within the Council’s housing stock of approximately 2,862 properties to be undertaken in 2021 and no later than 31 March 2022 and approximately 250 further properties annually for a further four-year period.
