<p>Wolverhampton City Council is seeking quotations for an &lsquo;MDM Health-check&rsquo;, an initial MDM discovery phase, to assess CWC against leading practice, suggesting areas for improvement and next steps. Observations and MDM Framework scores need to be provided to give an objective view across all areas of the Council influencing MDM. We need reassurance to see which elements of the organisation are at a mature level and working well, and learn where there are opportunities for change, improve or further investment to get to the desired standard. We require prioritised recommendations to guide us to the quick wins and show longer term initiatives with higher degree of complexity or investment needed. Shorter term initiatives will focus on what we can do now with our current resources. We require a timeline roadmap to give us a clear plan with actions, enabling us to set direction with other Council leaders. There needs to be a Microsoft teams expert view with recommendations to align to our current technologies. The aim is to not replace what is already working well, therefore keeping our costs down. Through confidently progressing new recommendations, we need to significantly improve the management of Master Mata across the Council.
