Award of Support in Developing Impact Assessments for the Climate Change Plan Update (CCPu)

Tender description

The Climate Change Plan update (CCPu), published in December 2020, includes all of Scotland’s climate change policies up until 2032, and announced over 100 new policies and increased the ambition of over 40 policies from the 2018 Climate Change Plan. The CCPu is split into the following eight sectors: Electricity, Buildings, Transport, Industry, Waste, Land Use Land Use Change and Reform (LULUCF), Agriculture and Negative Emissions Technologies. The Scottish Government requires an external provider to provide support in developing the following impact assessments for the CCPu: 1) Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment (BRIA) 2) Equalities Impact Assessment (EQIA) 3) Island Communities Impact Assessment (ICIA) 4) Fairer Scotland Duty Assessment
