VC Redecoration Work - Luton Campus

Tender description

The University is sourcing a Service Provider to carry out the following: Redecoration Works - Walls / Skirting / Architraves At Luton Campus - Blocks A / B / C / E / F / G / H / J The Service Provider is to visit site prior to tendering to ascertain the nature of all works required, and raise any queries during the tender period. Dimensions on drawings and quantities within the specification are for guidance purposes only. A site visit is a mandatory requirement of this tender. The successful Service Provider will be required to enter into a JCT standard form of Minor Building Works Contract 2016 Edition. The Service Provider will be fully responsible for the refurbishment and commissioning of the works so that, in all respects, they comply with the University's requirements described herein, and shall be in compliance with Planning and Building Regulations, European Regulations, British Standards, Manufacturers' Recommendations and Codes of Practice where applicable. The successful Service Provider will be required to carry out the duties of the Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and to prepare and make the Building Regulations application(s).
