<p>The North East LEP / NTCA are seeking to appoint an external contractor to create a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) cloud-based segmentation and diagnostic platform, Intellectual Property (IP) to be retained by North East Growth Hub, for use by Growth Hub and the Cluster partners.
