Tenders are invited from competent Food Caterers for the provision of school meals catering service contract at St. Paul’s Community College, Paddy Browne’s Road, Lisduggan, Waterford. The successful tenderer will be required to provide a high quality, responsive and flexible service providing a comprehensive healthy, balanced and nutritious catering service to students. The successful tenderer will be expected to be available, if requested by school management, on site from 8.15a.m. in the mornings to provide breakfasts and finish by 3p.m. each afternoon. The school requires that the successful tenderer is flexible in catering for the student cohort. The successful tenderer will be expected to demonstrate innovation and flair in the creation of value for money menus.
