Provision of 'Winterisation' services across the Southeastern rail network. High level activities include (but are not limited to) the following key deliverables: Gritting/Ice Clearance Snow Clearance (pedestrian and mechanical) Provision of required chemicals (de-icer/salt etc) to ensure gritting and ice/snow clearance Weather Monitoring Provide a manned helpdesk for visit scheduling and customer queries Reporting Lot 1: Winterisation Services - South Region (including car parks) Provision of 'Winterisation' Services within the South region of the Southeastern operating network. Lot 2: Winterisation Services - North Region (including car Parks) Provision of 'Winterisation' Services within the North region of the Southeastern operating network. High level activities include: Application of gritting/de-icing agents Snow Clearance (mechanical and pedestrian) Reporting Provision of a manned helpdesk
