The Contracting Body aims to carry out a qualitative research project focusing on the needs, priorities and lived experiences of Gypsy and Traveller communities in England and Wales, one of the groups identified by the National Statisticians' Inclusive Data Taskforce (IDTF) as currently under-represented in UK data and analysis. The objective of the research is to enable the co-production of findings which may be used by policy-makers, identifying themes of greatest importance to individuals within Gypsy and Traveller communities living in different contexts in England and Wales.
