Somerset County Council (the Authority) is conducting this procurement process as a further competition under the framework agreement 376E Lot 1.1 (eBooks) established by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) which came into effect on 8 January 2021, for the purpose of enabling Somerset County Council Library Service to offer a joint service with our partner authorities in LibrariesWest
