Thank you for your interest in this works opportunity with our potential works described in the Modern Methods of Construction/ Relocatable Housing Specification Document. Submitting your Expression of Interest by providing the information requested below will allow the IWC to capture the range of options for delivery to assist with developing a delivery strategy and specification that fits with market appetite whilst also meeting the IWC ambitions for the scheme. Please respond with regard to the requested information as fully as you can, providing any additional information as appendices and additional comments that you feel would support your Expression of Interest. It is intended that this Expression of Interest will act as a Call for Competition through the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation Process with no further publication of a Call for Competition and therefore only providers that complete the expression of interest questionnaire will be written to confirm continued interest for any future stages of the procurement process. Closing date for expressions of interest is 2pm on 7th December 2021.
