KARE are seeking expressions of interest from vendors for off-the-shelf GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software solution(s).

Tender description

The solution(s) should have the following features; - A simple and user-friendly solution for multiple users with varying skill levels. - Data collation from multiple data sources (e.g. Excel, SQL, etc.) to generate an organisation report such (e.g. balanced scorecard). - Reporting dashboards. - Ability to alter system templates without the need to create a new one (e.g. add yearly changes to established governance code). - Cloud based system hosted within the EU. - Ability to connect to on-prem. data sources as needed via secure API. - Simple licensing structures that aren’t prohibitive (e.g. limited based on number of users) - Automated reminders for due actions. - Minimal customisation of the solution to provide the required functionality.
