Tender description
This tender is to appoint an Architect led design team for a medium retrofit of the Institute of Technology Carlow's Burrin Building, including the installation of a high temperature air source heat pump under the Energy Efficient and De-carbonisation Pathfinder Program (EEDPP). The team will comprise the following members: Lot 1 - Architectural Services (including PSDP, DAC & Fire) & Employers Representative Lot 2 Quantity Surveying Services Lot 3 Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services including BER Assessor Lot 4 EED (Energy Efficiency Design) Expert Lot 5 Civil & Structural Engineering Services Please refer to the tender documentation for a detailed description of requirements.
