GB-Watford: River Colne - Design Improvement Works

Tender description

Expressions of Interest are sought to address improvements to the River Colne in Watford. The requirements is for the design, permitting and consultation for three sites in South Watford from Oxhey Park to Lairage Land. The contractor appointed will be acting as Principal Contractor as per CDM requirements. Groundwork South will be acting as the contract administrator for the duration of the works In general, the services require the design for the following works; -Backwater and pond creation -Woody debris installation - Tree works - Fish passage assessment Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please see all information in the Expression of Interest.
