Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) eLearning Module and Toolkit & Training

Tender description

The Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”) is seeking tenders from service provider(s) to: 1. Provide a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) eLearning module for its personnel which will be hosted on the Central Bank’s existing Learning Management System (LMS). A supporting practical toolkit must be available to those that complete the eLearning module; and 2. Provide virtual and classroom D&I training for both people managers and non-people managers. The services are divided into two separate lots and interested parties may tender for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. Tenderers are not permitted to combine lots or offer discounted pricing conditional on success in more than one lot. Upon appointment, the successful Tenderer(s) will be required to work closely with the Central Bank’s internal team to ensure that the e-learning module, training, materials and content are tailored to the Central Bank’s needs and context.
