Commercial Management for Major Highway Infrastructure Projects

Tender description

Norfolk County Council has procured consultancy services to provide commercial management, advice and assistance on its major highway infrastructure projects. This will be predominately for the Norwich Western Link project, but flexibility is likely to be required to provide consultancy services during the life of the contract for other projects, which could include Great Yarmouth Third River Crossing construction, Long Stratton Bypass and potentially West Winch Housing Access Road. The contract will be for 5 years with the option to extend for a period or periods totalling 24 months at the discretion of the Council. Lot 1: Norfolk County Council is seeking consultancy services to provide commercial management, advice and assistance on its major highway infrastructure projects. Additional information: The 84 months stated in II.2.7 is the maximum length of the contract which includes extensions at the discretion of the Council. However, the estimated value only relates to work on the Norwich Western Link and does not include the other projects mentioned in the tender, which will be priced using the rates given.
