The design and construction of new Digital Arts facility, including infill of existing basement with 10 storey above ground new build. Fixed Furniture, incoming external services and external works as designed. The Building is to achieve - An Excellent BREEAM rating EPC A Whole life carbon emissions of no more than 6,600 tCO2e The Employer requires a minimum BREEAM rating of Excellent.
