Sports Facilities Assessment and Strategy Playing Pitch Strategy

Tender description

Cherwell District Council is commissioning consultants to undertake a Sports Facilities Assessment and Strategy and a Playing Pitch Strategy to inform the preparation of the Cherwell Local Plan Review 2040. The Cherwell Local Plan 2011-2031 was adopted by the Council on 20 July 2015. The Cherwell Local Plan Partial Review: Oxford’s Unmet Housing Needs was adopted on 7 September 2020. The Plans provide the strategic planning policy framework for the District to 2031. Bidders are invited to quote for the provision of the Services described at Appendix 1 Specification for a term of 15 months with an option for the Council to extend for up to 6 months, anticipated to commence on 6th December 2021.
