SAP Concur allows our workforce to administer travel and expense claims which has been successfully utilised across the business. This system offers a slick claims process with a quick approval turnaround which allows staff to be reimbursed their expenses really efficiently. SAP grants to Customer a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Cloud Service (including its implementation and configuration), Cloud Materials and documentation solely for Customer's and its Affiliates'internal business operations. Customer may use the Cloud Service world-wide, except Customer shall not use the Cloud Service from countries where such use is prohibited by Export Laws. Permitted uses and restrictions of the Cloud Service also apply to Cloud Materials and Documentation. Lot 1: The scope of this variation is specific to the procurement of an additional test tenant for the Concur element of NGN's SAP contract. This is required to support the SAP upgrade project and to facilitate the testing of Concur integration pre & post upgrade deployment across the test infrastructure prior to production deployment.
