Roofing Repair and Renewal 2021 - 2024 - AWARD

Tender description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is responsible for the management upkeep and repair of the properties it owns. The Council has a requirement to identify and appoint suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide a 3year term service, to supply the services specified within the Requirement & Specification, to undertake the repair of asphalt, built up felt and pitched roofing. The work is of a jobbing nature on properties owned by Sandwell MBC. The work will include Tenanted properties, Void Properties and Public Buildings. The work will be divided into 3 Lots. A contractor can apply to undertake one or all of the lots. All tenderers must also price for General Roofing Items and Scaffolding. Any tenderer who cannot supply prices all those items in addition to the lot/s there are tendering for will not be considered for the award of this contract. Each lot will be evaluated separately for price and the quality score will be used for each lot.
