Route to market is to utilise the National Framework for Energy Performance Contracting (REFIT) Ref: 43250706071 which is a Greater London Authority and Local Partnerships framework to source a service provider to work closely with Anglia Ruskin University in order to optimise the energy efficiency of selected premises and sites, improve the energy performance of its assets through measured and verified energy efficiency improvements and/or energy generation, reduce emissions and save money through cost avoidance associated with guaranteed kWh savings and/or income generation.
