Tender description

To provide cleaning services across all campuses at Dudley College, West Midlands. Lot 1: Dudley College are looking for a contractor to provide cleaning services to their campuses in the West Midlands. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from Monday 25th October 2021 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract. Dudley College has been established since the 1930s and is a large college in the Midlands area providing a wide range of education at all levels for all ages. The College operates six days a week for approximately 39 weeks of the year. The College at the present time operates on seven sites based in the Dudley area. The College has and is undergoing renewal and modernization, a process which has seen five new buildings completed, others adapted, and another one opening September 2021.
