Tender description

Home Group Limited wish to procure a Contract for the provision of various decoration works, including the following: • Cyclical Redecorations • Pre-paint repairs This list is not exhaustive and Home Group reserves the right to appoint further works & services of a similar nature to the above works & services at its discretion during the Contract term. The Contract is for an initial period of 6 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months at Home Group's discretion. The Lots covered are: • North East • North West • South • Scotland
