Intended for use by customers looking for a higher number of responses and to give more choice. It is envisaged this lot will be used mainly for high value projects and will be used mostly by larger Councils or customers looking for more choice and used for further competitions. The schemes may be of a more complex nature and suppliers will be able to offer stakeholder engagements with the general public, community groups and the police etc.
