Tender description

The work comprises the replacement of close floor coverings to 3Nr tenanted blocks. The works involve the removal and renewing of linoleum close floor coverings to stairways and landing areas. The tenderer’s cost should be fully inclusive of all elements of the works including removal costs of existing coverings, screeding, new floor covering installations, adhesives, mechanical fixings, stair angles, landing trims, nosing’s, PVC skirting’s. It is Ayrshire Housing's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to carry out vinyl close floor replacements to 3Nr blocks at Hadyard Terrace, Ayrshire.
