Tender description

To ensure our accommodation is fit for purpose and fit for future the council is looking for industry expertise to help shape the future possibilities of the council's hub.  There have been changes to the way we work as a result of Covid-19 and it is important that we seize the opportunities that have arisen in order to create ways of working and accommodation which is fit for purpose and fit for our current and future workforce.    We want to ensure that our accommodation is designed to meet the needs of our staff, partners and residents, both now and in the future. We will drive a cultural shift in the way we utilise our accommodation by approaching the redesign of our spaces and our ways of working in an innovative and transformational way. To help us to achieve this, we are looking to utilise an industry expert with expertise which includes but is not limited to, space planning, innovation, architecture, technology, and culture change. We hope that an external voice will both challenge and critique our approach to date while offering expert advice and guidance on the redesign of our accommodation, our engagement of colleagues and employment practices.
