Tender for the Provision of Portable Administrative Offices at Silliot Hill, Naas, Kildare County Council.

Tender description

Kildare County Council wishes to seeks tenders for the supply of a portable office block on lease/hire for the housing of a team of 4 employees at our depot at Silliot Hill, just outside Naas. Minimum duration of hire 3 years, with option to extend for an additional 2 years. The tender requires the new unit to be brilliant white in colour, similar in design and appearance to the existing 2 portable units already onsite. The tender includes delivery to site, off-load, lift into position, level, and align. Connection of the electrics and broadband to local onsite facilities does not form part of this tender. New unit to be installed between the existing units, adjacent the front wall. Will need to be lifted into position considering the site layout conditions. Details of the specification is included in this RFT. Tenderers are free to visit the site at any time to view the area, which is clearly outlined in the attached site layout map.
