Specialist Bid Writing and Procurement Advice Service for SMEs in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly

Cornwall Development Company is seeking to commission two appropriately qualified companies with specific expertise in advising SMEs on; • Bid and tender writing • Procurement- particularly from the public sector • Where to look for contracts The services are required from the period of contact award until 31st March 2022. The services will be an integral part of the information resource coordinated by the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly (CIoS) Growth Hub. As a consequence, the contractor will receive referrals from the CIoS Growth Hub. The contractor will be expected to quote for the 'package' of work for each SME which will be drawn down against the overall total budget available. It is anticipated that each SME will have access of up to £1,000 of advice. As part of this service we require the consultant to deliver a minimum of 3 webinar 'masterclass sessions' on a 1-to-many approach each delivered under Growth & Skills Hub branding which can be recorded for future use. We envisage that this would be delivered through a platform such as Teams/Zoom etc and be in the region of 1 hour in length.
