Tender description

Works include , but not limited to: 1. Removal of internal wall and alterations to layout to provide 2 no. accessible ensuite bedrooms. 2. Full Electrical Rewire 3. New Fire alarm and detection system and emergency lighting system is to be installed. 4. Installation of Fire resistant door sets 5. Upgrade of heating system. 6. All external windows and doors are to be removed and replaced. 7. Remove existing stairs, install drop down attic ladder 8. All existing ceilings are to be lined with a 12.5mm Type F plasterboard, taped, jointed and skimmed. 9. The external footpaths to the front, side and rear are to be removed and replaced with concrete footpaths 1500mm wide. 10. External walls to be pumped with bead insulation 11. New flooring, skirting and architraves throughout. 12. New kitchen 13. All areas of house to be cleaned down, gardens to be cleaned up and all vegetation removed. 14. Entire house externally and internally is to be painted. 15. All other associated works
