The Common Services Agency (known as National Services Scotland) (‘the Authority’)acting through its division National Procurement is undertaking this procurement of Operating Theatre Tables, Lightning and Mattress on behalf of all entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act, 1978 (i.e. NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards and the Authority or other NHS Organisation established pursuant to the NHS(Scotland) Act, 1978), any integrated joint board established pursuant to the new Public Bodies (Joint Working)Scotland Act, 2014 The Products will be split into 6 Lots, each of which are identified below: Lot 1 - Mobile Operating Theatre Tables Lot 2 - Transfer Systems Lot 3 - Surgical Trolley Systems Lot 4 - LED Operating Theatre Lamps (Including Accessories and Maintenance) Lot 5 - Operating Table Mattresses Lot 6 - Operating Table Maintenance and Repair Lot 1: Mobile Operating Tables (Including Accessories and Maintenance) The scope of this lot is for the provision of electro-hydraulic drive modular mobile theatre tables. Lot 2: Transfer Systems ( Including Accessories and Maintenance ) Electro-hydraulic drive modular theatre tables with transferable table top. Lot 3: Surgical Trolley Systems ( Including Accessories and Maintenance ) Patient trolley/operating tables designed for recovery, transport and surgery, predominantly in day surgery. Lot 4: LED Operating Theatre Lamps (Including Accessories and Maintenance) The supply, installation and commissioning of Operating Theatre Luminaire Lot 5: Operating Table Mattresses The supply of replacement mattresses for Operating Tables detailed within the pricing schedule Lot 6: Operating Table Maintenance and Repair The provision of pre-planned maintenance and ad-hoc repairs for Operating Tables detailed within the pricing schedule.
