This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise that HealthTrust Europe will be holding a Supplier Engagement Day for the creation of an Operating Theatre Suppliers and Services Framework. Suppliers will be invited to a meeting with an agenda and presentation requirements. It is anticipated that presentations will be hosted face-face but the option to host virtually will also be available. Lot 1: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise that HealthTrust Europe will be holding a Supplier Engagement Day for the creation of an Operating Theatre Supplies and Services Framework. The supplier engagement day will support the strategic direction and preparation of the specification for a Framework Agreement. The Operating Theatre Supplies and Services will include (but not limited too) product and service areas for: • The Supply and delivery of Operating Theatre Equipment, For example, Surgical Tables, Mobile Surgical Tables, Trollies, Theatre Lights, Pendants, and accessories. • Maintenance and service of Operating Theatre Equipment • Digital Theatre solutions • Hybrid, Mobile and modular operating theatres • In sourcing support for Operating Theatres • Managed Services Due to venue constraints, the number of suppliers attending will be limited. Suppliers will be selected at random, and the number of attendees per company will be limited to 2. Further details on the agenda and allocated slot will be provided in due course. 10 suppliers will be chosen at random for engagement.
