Tender description

Viewpoint Housing Association wishes to enter into a SBCC Standard Building Contract with quantities for the upgrading of corridor lighting, emergency lighting, removal of existing corridor ceilings and fitting new including firestopping at a sheltered housing scheme in Edinburgh. Viewpoint Housing Association wishes to enter into a Minor Works Contract Agreement (MWCA) with a organisation/supplier that are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Services as detailed below in the Brief Description of the Proposed Works. The MWCA for the works to be completed prior to 31 March 2022
