Cavity Wall Insulation Works

Tender description

The Works comprise of: The survey, removal and disposal of existing defective Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI) where it exists and installation of new CWI including making good all associated finishes. The maximum number of properties to receive the works shall be approximately 700 of which 297 will be carried out as Phase 1. Survey and design work to ascertain the full extent of the works that may be required. This will typically comprise a visit to each property to carry out a detailed survey of the existing cavity condition followed by a full design submission, costs and other calculations as appropriate. Asbestos survey work instructed by the Employer may also form part of the preparatory work.
