21-18 Framework Agreement for Photography Services

Tender description

The University of Wolverhampton are looking for photographers that can demonstrate experience in a wide range of Photographic Services.  The aim is to cover Photographic Services as required in the main by the University External Engagement Department. The objective is to have a Framework Agreement in place for a minimum of three years that provides a selection of suitably qualified Suppliers (3 top/equal scoring tenderers or those scoring over 70%) who offer quality services, drive innovation and deliver savings. A framework of photographers is required to enable flexibility of service delivery, therefore call off will be conducted by way of the University enquirer contacting a photographer about availability, capacity, cost and the appropriateness of matching them with specific projects. The term of the Framework shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing 4th January 2022 with an optional extension of up to an additional twelve (12) months. The Qualification section will be assessed on a pass/fail basis in accordance with the standard qualification questions implemented by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)/Cabinet Office. The requirements here include: • The successful Contractors must have a minimum of £1m Public Liability Insurance • The successful Contractors must have a minimum of £5m Employers Indemnity Insurance • The Tenderer must have a minimum annual turnover of £25k
