Tender description

To deliver a programme of futures research and engagement work with the public to enable Highways England to be an agile future looking organisation that goes beyond sector relevant experts, to fully engaging with citizens and users who will shape, and be impacted by, the future as it unfolds. The public engagement and dialogue approaches used in this programme will generate insights that can be used to inform and shape decision making. This will support us in meeting our ambition to continuously improve and provide excellent customer service and build a relationship of trust with our customers.
