The provision of Consultancy Services to undertake research and a forecast on the demand for skills in high potential subsectors of the International Financial Services sector

Tender description

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) on behalf of the Expert group on Future Skills (EGFSN) is commissioning a concise piece of research and analysis for the development of an International Financial Services Skills report. The aim of the project will be to: - Identify the 4-5 niche sub-sectors of International Financial Services (IFS) sector that have highest growth potential for highly skilled jobs in the next 5 years - to investigate at an in-depth level, the skills required for the successful development of these subsectors - and to develop and assign a series of detailed recommendations to address skills shortages in these subsectors. Part A of this project is expected to start in late November and end in February 2022. Parts B and C of the project will start in early June and finish by September 2022.
