The Housing Agency is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified service provider to provide cleaning services to their headquarters located at 53 Mount Street Upper

Tender description

The Housing Agency is located on 52, 53/54 Mount Street Upper, D02 KT73 in three Georgian buildings. Number 53 and 54 are adjoined and number 52 stands alone. The Georgian buildings are comprised of (four floors and a basement). There are no lifts and there is a front and rear entrance. There are four meeting rooms across the three buildings, two large and one small in 53/54 and one large in 52. Toilets in 52 are located in the basement, on the ground floor, the second mezzanine floor and in the top floor (contains shower room). Toilets in 53/54 are located in the basement (contains shower room) and on the top floor. Kitchenettes in 52 are located in the basement, on the ground floor and a large canteen is on the top floor. There is a kitchenette in the basement of 53/54 and a large canteen on the second floor.
