The Smirthwaite Houses and Woodland Avenue Roofing Scheme - This scheme comprises of 11 traditional timber framed properties on Woodland Avenue, Wakefield, WF1 and 47 steel framed properties on Park Green, Park Close and Heseltine Close, Normanton, WF6. Works to include replacement pitched roofs, insulation, flat roofs to outhouses, stack removal, roofline works, RWG, replacement SVP & Structural works. To include the supply of all materials, tools, equipment, labour, plant & machinery, preliminaries, overhead, and making good to all areas as required, and all costs associated to carry out these works as per the schedule, drawings and documents available on the Portal All Tendered Bids are to be submitted via the ProActis Due North Portal. Any bids sent by any other means will not be considered in the evaluation process.
