Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP) services for use in family court proceedings.

Tender description

Cafcass intends to re-procure their commissioned service for use in family court proceedings in support of families experiencing divorce and separation in England. Cafcass is seeking feedback from interested suppliers and stakeholders before undertaking a tender process to have a new delivery model to replace current SPIP (Separated Parent Information Programme) arrangements by April 2023. A market engagement session is planned for Monday 8th November 2021 and interested suppliers are encouraged to attend this session which will be held remotely. This notice is for prior information only to engage with the market and is not a call for competition at this stage. It is anticipated that a contract notice inviting competition will be published in Summer 2022 when tender documents will be made available. Lot 1: A new delivery model to replace current Cafcass SPIP (Separated Parent Information Programme) arrangements by April 2023. This model will be divided into geographical areas covering England.
