Provision of Building Maintenance

Tender description

The Authority wishes to invite tenders under an open procedure with the objective of engaging Building Maintenance services. It should be noted by tenderers that this list is not exhaustive and the Authority may require the provision of other services, including: • General facilities management • Pest control • Indoor plant supply and maintenance • Building maintenance (to include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, tiling, roofing, guttering, glazing, painting, ground works, locks smith services) • Scheduled and emergency works (including 24/7 call out) • Maintenance optimisation • External maintenance (litter picking and ground work) The Authority may require the Supplier to work closely with members of the in-house Facilities team or other outsourced service providers depending on the nature of the works to be undertaken.
