safefood (the Food Safety Promotion Board) seeks tender responses for the provision of Provision of Managed IT Services at the following premises 7 Eastgate Avenue, Little Island, Cork T45 RX01, please note this location is to be considered the HOME BASE for the duration of the contract. safefood wishes to ensure comprehensive deliver of a its ICT responsibilities by combining its in-house permanent staff (full time ICT & Facilities Manager plus full time ICT Executive – both based in our Cork Office) with the resources and expertise of a Managed ICT Services Provider (MSP). Currently safefood’s ICT responsibilities are being delivered through a combination of our permanent in-house staff along with two temporary contractors who provide services under support contracts and numerous Maintenance and Service Level Agreements/Contracts with third party providers. safefood now wishes to move to one Managed IT Services solution as specified in this tender.
