Legionella Control Maintenance Measures

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Water Quality Management Services for the control of Legionella as well as other coliforms and biofilms, in respect of all buildings and equipment on all of the Ulster University’s 4 main campuses. The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specification as set out in the Specification, Document 3 of the ITT Documentation and the Contract. Tenderers shall include within their Commercial Submission (Document 6 of the ITT Documentation) all sums required to provide the Services in accordance with the Contract. The contract will last initially for 2 years and 6 months with the option for extensions of any duration up to a maximum of 24 additional months.
