Housing Development Partner Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC)

Tender description

The Authority aims to go out to tender in late 2021 to procure a Development Partner, to deliver housing on the Former Western School and Playing Field Site, Grimsby and Matthew Humberstone Playing Field, Cleethorpes, commencing 2021 and building out at pace over the coming years, in line with our grant funding agreement with Homes England. As such, North East Lincolnshire Council (Authority) wish to engage the market through Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) and are inviting providers to submit a questionnaire response through YORtender along with potentially attending market engagement sessions with the the Authority to discuss your questionnaire responses further. Lot 1: This preliminary market consultation will take the form of a PMC document and questionnaire for providers to complete with a deadline of 29th October 2021. There is also the opportunity to meet with the Authority , if required, to discuss the questionnaire submitted and those specific dates and timescales will be released later in the PMC process.
