Rehab Group seeks external expertise to assist in the development of a property strategy aligned to organisation strategy. We are seeking a process that encourages whole-of-business thinking, challenges the common narrative, and looks at where we need to be, not where we are. This project involves facilitating challenging conversations about the future direction for Rehab’s physical environment, and result in an action plan aligned to strategy, inclusive of a framework for ongoing stakeholder engagement and decision taking. We are looking for a firm to partner with us to determine appropriate methods for internal and external outreach and participation, encourage candid review of our current status, gather and analyse relevant data, make recommendations for potential changes to the physical environment, understand the operational and financial implications of these potential changes, and share insights into future actions.
