Mobilisation of the National Care Service. Design of project, skills requirements, reporting mechanism and high-level roadmap towards delivery of design. The Scottish Government wishes to procure project setup for mobilisation expertise; - Outline plan for setup of agile design team for National Care Service, including service design and target operating design. - Set-up for Project for Business Case development - High-level roadmap for Design Milestones - Stakeholder map and strategy, outlining key contact and sponsorship teams required for design and business case development - Health & social care design methodology that encompasses person-centred service-design, target operating model design, policy and governance. - Outline, plan and model for NCS Design Authority, liaising with PMO, Health & Social Care whole-system thinking, and wider Scottish Government requirements
