Tender description

The London Borough of Newham sought to engage a consultant or consortium of consultants to produce a Characterisation Study that will cover the whole of the borough (including the area currently covered by the London Legacy Development Corporation). The Characterisation Study is needed to assist with the Local Plan Review, in particular the formulation of the Local Plan spatial strategy and, design policies and housing trajectory. The application process took place through a restricted tender.
