IDA Client Survey 2021

Tender description

Since 2003, IDA has conducted a regular survey, typically on a biennial basis, of a representative sample of its client companies. The surveys have been an invaluable tool in helping IDA to understand what needs to be done to maintain Ireland’s attractiveness for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and IDA’s position as a leading investment promotion and development agency. IDA is planning to conduct a client survey in 2021 against the backdrop of a fast-changing business environment amid the Covid-19 pandemic, key economic developments such as the green and digital transformations. To support IDA’s service offering in an uncertain and highly competitive landscape, we recognise the need to continually review the format and approach used for the client survey to ensure it delivers meaningful results that can inform the ongoing development of IDA’s service offering and the achievement of our strategic objectives.
