Gentoo Group Ltd (Gentoo) seeks to appoint up to two Contractors (one per lot) to provide supply and distribution of Kitchens and Supply and Installation of Kitchens service. • Lot 1 – Supply only of Kitchens • Lot 2 – Supply and Fit of Kitchens Lot 1: Lot 1 – Supply only of Kitchens This Lot will be used for Supply and distribution of Kitchens only by Gentoo internal workforce and/or their appointed Principal Contractor(s) covering - Affordable Homes – properties for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership - Repairs & Maintenance – managed stock Repairs, Maintenance and Void properties (via Managed Stores Contract currently with Jewson Partnership Solutions) - Asset Management Properties – managed stock investment programme Distribution options include direct to a Stores facility or Depot; to a Property address; to a Contractor compound; to a (nominated) Merchant, as instructed in the order. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Supply and Fit of Kitchens This Lot is for use by Gentoo Homes for supply and installation of kitchens in new build properties for re-sale. This Lot may include an element of design.
