EHRC 2122-12 Civil Society Capacity Building and Reporting: CRPD

Tender description

The Commission seeks a suitably qualified contractor(s) with expert knowledge of disability rights to prepare an independent shadow report on the CRPD, on behalf of civil society in England, Scotland and Wales, ahead of the CRPD Committee's next review of the UK. This request for tenders is in the form of three Lots: Lot 1 - England Lot 2 - Scotland Lot 3 - Wales Proposals may be submitted for one, or multiple Lots and we welcomes proposals from single organisations, partnerships or a consortium of organisations. We encourage proposals from disabled people and their organisations, and we also welcome proposals that adopt a partnership approach from organisations in one, two or three countries for the delivery of the lot(s). It is essential that proposals for the three lots together reflect a three nations understanding, given the different policy and legal contexts across England, Scotland and Wales.
